William L. "Bill" Woodard's Obituary
William Lee "Bill" Woodard, age 70, of St. Clair passed away April 13, 2019. He was born May 3, 1948 in Elkhorn, Wisconsin to the late Daniel and Lexie Woodard.
He worked for many years as a Assistant United States Attorney in Detroit. He enjoyed playing the banjo and listening to Blue Grass music. He also enjoyed traveling and most of all spending time with his family.
He is survived by his children; Alex Woodard and Margaret Woodard. He is also survived by his fiancée; Michelene Dib-Monsour and her children; Anthony (Erin) Younan, John (Vanessa) Monsour, Rebecca (Christopher) Lee, Michelle (Jason) Clancy, his grandchildren; Addison, Connor, Sophia, Alexander, Benjamin, Maximilian, and Emma.
Also survived by his brothers; Arch (Carol) Woodard and Dan (Margo) Woodard, his sister;
Sue (Gene) Gipson, and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife; Theresa Fouchey-Woodard, his son; Matthew Woodard and brother; Michael Woodard.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 18 at L.C. Friederichs and Son Funeral Home, St. Clair. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to family wishes.
