Elizabeth M. "Betty" Cada's Obituary
Elizabeth M. "Betty" Cada, age 91, of East China Twp. passed away May 4, 2014 surrounded by her family. She was born to the late Louis and Ethel Berry on January 11, 1923 in Detroit. She married LaVerne Cada on September 27, 1943 in Detroit. He preceded her in death on February 10, 1992.
She is survived by her children; Michael Cada, Jim (Kathie) Cada, Mary (Rick) Hay, Eileen (Ron) Siehda, Ann (Mark) Francis, Jerry Cada, Judy (Al) Sprague, Jeanne (Kevin) Kolar, and Joe Cada. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. She was loved by all.
Services will be held on Thursday May 8 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, St.Clair. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at L.C. Friederichs and Son Funeral Home, St.Clair and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at church prior to mass. A rosary will be said at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evening.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
