Coach was an absolute treat to know and play for. His almost radio smooth delivery when talking sounded like a story that you could hang on every word. He was just really fun to know and be around. Dennis White was easily one of the finest calming presences I've ever experienced in a coach. In fact there were few souls I've ever come across in team sports that were better at just that, than Denny White. All your stories in my heart are good ones coach, rest easy my friend. #55

I'll always remember coach's smile!! There never was a day tht he didn't wear it. He was a comic relief. I'll always remember him telling me tht I stronger then I think and that I can get thru all the ups and the downs of life. He also would tell me not to let things get to me or big bc it's those things tht can destroy a person. He also impacted my life just by being a person that I knew I could talk to and was safe to talk to as well. He was sooo much more then a sub to me. I always would see him in the hallway at SCHS there was never a day he wasn't there.bim so thankful tht I got to have a realtionship with a great legend and an amazing caring, loving, kind, gentle hearted guy. I could have never imagined that I would have had a Grandpa as I always called him out of a sub. But boy am I ever so thankful that I did. He will never be forgotten. I'll tell my kiddos all about you. Now just sleep and rest peacefully coach and now how that your beyond missed and loved ❤️❤️ love you coach and cannot wait to see you one day behind those pearly white gates up there.
Dear Karen. Deepest condolences. Lots of fun memories with you and Denny from years past. Reading all the accolades is a testament to a great guy who led a great life.

Denny White epitomized what a successful coach and teacher is through is his kindness and treatment of ALL players including those in the opposing dugout or opposite sideline. Every player was treated like they were all-stars. He fortified everyone around with the tools and mindset for success. Rest in Peace, Coach White.
Denny was one of the kindest most generest people I have met honest and dependable to a fault rest in peace Dennis I know you are with God and we will meet again.
