Connie L. Sherrill's Obituary
Connie Lynn Sherrill, 67, of Saint Clair, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, surrounded by her loving family.
Connie was born on December 6, 1950 in Port Huron to Betty Shook and the late Clayton Shook.
She was a 1969 graduate of Port Huron High School where she was part of the first deaf graduating class. She was an avid animal lover and always treated her pets as though they were her children. She enjoyed swimming and spent many summers floating around her backyard pool. Her grandchildren brought her much joy and brought an instant smile to her face.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 37 years, James; her mother, Betty Shook; daughter, Keri (Christopher) Burke; stepdaughter Jody (William) Woodbury; three grandchildren, Blaise, Harlan, and Emilia Burke; and brother, Robert (Barb) Shook. She was preceded in death by her father, Clayton Shook; brother, Larry Shook; and grandson Hudson Burke.
Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, April 2, 2018 and 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at L.C. Friederichs and Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at L.C. Friederichs and Son Funeral Home followed by a procession to Hillside Cemetery.
