William McCormick Sands age 89 of St.Clair died Sunday December 19, 2004. He was born July 15,1915 in Blytheville, Arkansas to the late George and Lattie Sands. He was a veteran of WW II serving in the U. S. Army. William is survivede by his daughter Barbara (Evan) David,
