William Walt Tyrrell's Obituary
William “Walt” Tyrrell, age 89 of Flushing, died March 4, 2017. Walt was born November 28, 1927 in Flint , Mi to the late Alfred & Della Tyrrell. He married Dolores Mandyak on October 19th, 1957. He was a former member of the Flushing Methodist Church, and sang with the choir for over forty years. Walt retired from Sears where he had worked for over thirty years. He was an avid outdoors man, enjoying hunting and fishing.
Walt is survived by his wife Dolores, daughter Michelle (Steve Elliott) Tyrrell, nephews William (Susan) and Scott (Susan ) Sharp, nieces Shelley (Larry) Hitt and Janean Reid and dear family friend Michele Maki. He was preceded in death by his son Christopher, his parents and his nephews Thomas and Samuel Reid. Visitation Sunday 2-5 PM from the L.C. Friederichs & Son Funeral Home, St. Clair.
