Warren E Stubbs' Obituary
Warren E. Stubbs, age 81, of St. Clair, died Saturday, November 20, 2004. Warren was born October 1, 1923 in Sombra, Canada to the late Charles and Marion Stubbs. He worked at the Diamond Crystal Salt Co., for over 30 years until retirement. Warren married Bette Smith, December 30, 1950. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Army. Warren was a member of the Evergreen Lodge #9 F and AM, the Royal Arch Masons, the Cornell Marysville Chapter 93 OES, the First United Methodist Church, St. Clair and the former C.R.C. He is survived by his wife Bette, his children, Christine (Richard) Ekleberry, John Kevin (Aletha) Stubbs, Sharon Lynn (Leon) Darga, and Kim Roy (Kathy) Stubbs. Seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, two brothers; Frank and Roy (Sharon) Stubbs and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters. Visitation from the L.C. Friederichs and Son Funeral Home, Sunday 6P-9P and Monday 2P-4P and 7P-9P. Funeral service is Tuesday, 11A in the Funeral Home, the Rev. Don Gotham officiating. Memorials to Cornell Maysville Chapter or donor''s choice. Masonic and OES services Sunday night.
