Dear John, Kathy & Family,

Though I did not know Susan, I feel that I have met her through Kathy. It was easy to see the close bond they shared as I overheard Kathy's end of a telephone conversation a few weeks ago. Kathy shared with me how deeply John and Susan loved each other. I could hear the depth of the pain in Chrissy's voice as I spoke to her briefly on the telephone. It is obvious Susan's family loved her very deeply and her crossing will leave a big void in their lives. Please accept my heartfelt condolences at this time of your deepest grief. I believe in the power of prayer and you will all be in my prayers in these days.

Although much time has passed since we last crossed paths, the memories and joy are still fresh in my mind. You will always be loved and missed.
