My deepest heartfelt condolences to all the family of Bob Heydens. To Nick...and all...I loved your dad...what an awesome gentleman who loved life, his family and, of course, fishing. I learned a lot from him - and not just about fishing! It was my pleasure to visit him weekly when I lived in St. Clair and we would have our chats. What a joy it was to know Bob and to have the privilege of fishing on the water with him. Now, I'm sure he's doing the great "fall run" up there with Rita. You were the best, Bob...

Condolences to the Heyden family. Nick, Sue, your dad was a great guy. I believe he was the best walleye fishermanon on the SCR. I'm so glad to have known him, fished with him, and even had a beer or two with him. It hasn't been the same out there without Bob, Bill, and Joe. Please forgive me, as I am unable to pay my respects in person. Bob, and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
