Rita Mary Thompson's Obituary
Rita Mary Thompson age 86 of Marysville died Monday, May 5, 2008
She was born January, 12, 1922 to the late Alvin and Florence Bour. She married Wilburn “Jack” Thompson on May 23, 1942 and he died April 13, 2000. Rita loved sports and was an avid Pistons fan. She is survived by her children, Thomas J. (Marsha) Thompson, Suzanne (Brice) Young, Ronald J. (MaryAnn) Thompson, Michele A. (James) Hern, Lisa M. (Lee) Wynne,
15 grand and 14 great grandchildren also survive.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was also preceded in death by a daughter Donna L. Reyelts and siblings Bernice VanSlambrock and Alvin Bour.
Visitation Thursday in the L.C. Friederichs & son Funeral Home, St. Clair from 2-9 with Rosary at 7:30 PM .
In state Friday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church from 11 am till 11:30 AM when Mass will be held. Burial in Riverlawn Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army or donors choice.
