Richard Lee Shafer's Obituary
Richard Lee Shafer, age 72 of St. Clair died March 25, 2015. He was a loving son and brother, caring for his sister Cindy her entire life. Dick had a life long passion for fishing.
He served in the Army during the Vietnam War, serving in Germany. He is survived by brothers, Robert (Linda), Arthur (Donna), Ron (Jennie) Shafer, sister Maryann (Ed) Carnahan,
several nieces and nephews and their families. He was preceded in death by parents
Helen (Havens) and Joseph Shafer, step-father Harry Havens and sister Cindy .
Dick will be remembered by his kind heart and loving spirit.
Cremation has taken place, with a memorial service at the Chapel of Hillside Cemetery, 11 AM Thursday, May 21. Memorials wishes of family.
