Paul V. Konopa's Obituary
Konopa, Paul V., age 73, of East China Twp. passed away on March 21, 2012. He married Nancy Krause on November 5, 1960. He was a retired Detroit police officer. He is survived by his loving wife; Nancy Konopa, his children; Andrew (Sharon) Konopa and James Konopa. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Paige and Andrew, siblings; Judy (Bob)Kruger, Donald (Lynn) Konopa and Gerald Konopa and many loving sister and brother in-laws, nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Saturday March 24 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, St.Clair (on corner of 6th and Vine). Visitation will be Friday March 23 from 4 to 9:00 p.m. at L.C. Friderichs and Son Funeral Home, St.Clair located at 214 Trumbull. A rosary will be said at 8:00 p.m. Friday evening. Visitation will also be Saturday from 9-9:30 a.m. at church prior to mass.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Quest.
