Patricia Diana Watts, age 64 of St. Clair formerly of Ferndale, died Friday June 8, 2012 after a long illness.Beloved wife of James D. Watts, loving daughter of Leona Jacobs and the late James Hurbert Penny, dear mother o fDarla (Dean) Childs, Penny Cummings and Jennifer (Jason) Stricklett, 16 grand children, 1 great grand child and 9 brothers and sisters also survive. Also preceded in death by 1 brother. Cremation has taken place, a private family and
