Myrtle L. Sullivan's Obituary
Myrtle L. Sullivan, age 93, went home to heaven April 22,2002 in the Faith Medical Nursing Home after a short illness. She was born on August 16, 1908, in Lambs, daughter of the late William and Lena (Durfee) Fitz. She married John R. Winn who died on November 2, 1935 and married Arvin N. Sullivan on November 7, 1942. He died June 23, 1982.
She was a graduate of Memphis High School and attended several local Baptist Churchs. She was a member of St. Clair County Council on Aging and the Michigan Farm Bureau.
She is survived by her children, Royal Winn of Smiths Creek, Ronald & Evelyn Sullivan of Goodells, Shirley & Russell Smart of Sault Ste Marie, 8 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild.
She is predeceased by a son, Clarence W. Winn who died in 1990.
Funeral service will be conducted on Friday at 11 AM in the L.C. Friederichs & Son Funeral Home, St. Clair, with the Rev. Michael Sullivan, officiating. Visiting hours begin on Thursday from 2-5 & 7-9 in the funeral home. Burial will be in the Lambs Cemetery.
