Merton J. Fleury's Obituary
Merton J. Fleury age 74 of Glennie formerly of St. Clair and Port Huron died Wednesday Oct. 2,2002. Merton was born June 30, 1928 in St. Clair to the late Chester & Marguerite Fleury. He married Janet McDonald Sept. 29, 1951. Mr. Fleury worked for General Motors for 30 years retiring 1985, and was a member of the Port Huron Lodge # 58.
Merton is survived by his wife Janet, Brother Donald (Nancy) Fleury and sister Doris (Perry) Westrick. Brother in law Roderick (Doris) McDonald and sister in Law Lorrine Hoffman. Many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews also survive. Visitation From the L.C. Friederichs & Son Funeral Home. Thursday 7-9 PM and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. From Immanuel Lutheran Church,St.Clair Saturday from 10:30 AM till funeral service 11 AM Saturday from the Funeral home the Rev. Alan Schwieger officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be, Scott McDonald, Scott Osterland, Jeff Smith, Corey Stevens, Todd Fleury and Jeff Fleury. Private internment in Hillside Cemetery. Memorials to the Cancer Society or
