Mary Clare Roney's Obituary
Mary Clare Roney age 87 of St. Clair died Sunday, May 2, 2004. Mary Clare was born January 19, 1917 in Chatham, Ontario, Canada. She married Albert Roney April 20, 1951 and he died September 14, 1990. Mary Clare was a former RN at St. John’s Hospital. She was an active member of St. Mary’s parish, St. Clair, the First Friday Club. She is survived by her three sons, John (Laura), Patrick (Kim) and Thomas (Joan) Roney. Grandchildren Katie, Meghan, Brigid, Brendan and Brian. One sister Gerry (John) Payne also preceded in death by her brother Jack (Mary) Zink. Visitation from the L.C. Friederichs & Son Funeral Home, Tuesday 7-9 PM and Wednesday 2-8 PM with Rosary at 6:30 PM. In State Thursday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, St. Clair from 9:30 till mass at 10 AM.
