Mary Breen Shank's Obituary
Mary E. Shank age 81 of Marine City died Saturday August 17, 2002. Mary was born
April 26,1921 in Pocasset, Ok to the late Theron & Elizabeth Barnes. She was a member of Holy
Cross Catholic Church, Marine City. She is survived by her son Frank (Fran) Breen, sister in law
Linda Breen, grandchildren Shawn, Daniel, Kevin, Beth, Susan and Joe. Great Grandchildren Tyler & Justin. Her sisters Frances, Betty, Roberta, Pat, Bonnie and Theron-Lynn, and dear friend John Fields.
In addition to her parents Mary was preceded in death by her son John Breen, and husbands
Thomas J. Breen, Chet Tucker and Harold Shank.
Cremation has taken place with a memorial mass to be held Friday Aug. 23 at 10 AM from
Holy Cross Catholic Church. Memorials to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 2265 Livernois Ave.
Suite 410, Troy, Michigan 48083. Arrangements by L.C. Friederichs & Son Funeral Home,
St. Clair.
