Mary Louise Schneider's Obituary
Mary Louise Pegg-Schneider, age 87, of St. Clair, went home to be with her Lord on December 15, 2016 after a long illness at Medilodge of St. Clair. Mary was born September 17, 1929 in St. Clair to the late Nina and Rev. Hiram Pegg. She married Howard Schneider on December 21, 1957. He preceded her in death in 2004.
She was a homemaker and active with the St. Clair Historical Museum and life long area resident. Mary was a member of Grace Bible Church of St. Clair and sang many solos.
Besides her faith, family and friends, Mary loved stuffed animals, Detroit Tigers, dogs, and music especially the old hymns.
Mary is survived by her daughter; Frances (William) Buchman, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and great and great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers; Paul, Jim and John Pegg, sisters; Esther Lilienthal, Ruth Carlson, and Martha Shaleen.
Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 20 at Grace Bible Church, St. Clair.
Visiting hours will be Monday from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at L.C. Friederichs and Son Funeral Home, St. Clair and Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at church prior to the service.
