Margaret Alice Ross' Obituary
Margaret Alice Ross, age 84 of St. Clair, went peacefully home to the lord on Monday, June 29, 2015. Margaret was born December 30, 1930 in Hazel Park to the late Percival and Alice West. She was a devout Christian beginning as a young teen with the Salvation Army and later of the Baptist faith. She loved music and played several instruments including the French horn at the Detroit Symphony. She married Donald E. Ross on February 22, 1950 and for 65 years she enjoyed being a wife, mother and homemaker.
Margaret is survived by her husband Donald E. Ross, her son Don (Michelle) Ross and daughter Lynda (Jerry) Clardy, grandchildren Candyn (Ric) Shebestak, Aaron Ross, Jeremy (Jessica) Ross and Jared Clardy, great grand children, Tanner Kinkela, Aura Shebestak, Ross Koerber, Tyler Ross, Alayna Ross, Brody Ross, William Clardy and Sydney Ross. Margaret was also proceeded in death by a brother John West.
Cremation has taken place and the family will receive family & friends in the L.C. Friederichs & Son Funeral Home in St. Clair on Saturday July 11th, from 10 am. to 11 am.followed thereafter by a memorial service officiated by the Rev. William Blount. Memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Salvation Army.
