Madeline M. Fleury's Obituary
Madeline M. Wood, age 80, of St. Clair, passed away March 10, 2020. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland on January 24, 1940. She married Milton A. Fleury on September 28, 1959. He preceded her in death on August 11, 2017.
She worked at Gene's Appliance in St. Clair for several years. She enjoyed sewing, traveling in the 5th wheel and camping with family and friends in Mio, card club, crossword puzzles and playing gin rummy with her card buddy Brian Hayden, and also enjoyed her fur babies.
She was a loving, caring, generous, kind, funny mother, grandmother, aunt, neighbor and friend. She was always happy and ready to help anyone, weather it was making a mattress for a doll crib or helping a needy friend or neighbor. She was an incredible wife for 58 years.
She is survived by her honorary daughter; Andrea Savage, stepson; Kenny Fleury, son; David (Vickie) Fleury, daughter; Norma, sister; Eva (Kermit) and brothers; John and Clayton. She is also survived by her honorary grandchildren; Patrick, Jeremy (Lindsey), Kati (Justin) and Diana. Her grandchildren; Jeremy (Samantha), Bryan (Kaela), Marisa, Gene and Beth. As well as her honorary great-grandkids; Grayson, Olivia, Elowyn and many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her son; Andrew Fleury and daughter; Mary Fleury.
