Lucille Margret Sweet's Obituary
Lucille Margret Sweet, 85 of St. Clair died Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at Mercy Hospital in Port Huron.
She born to George and Alemda (Wilson) McCormick On February 21, 1921 in Forester Twp,Deckerville, Michigan. She married Dale Elroy Sweet on June 13, 1946, and he preceded her in death , October 17, 1990. Lucille was an active member of the First United Methodist Church, St. Clair.
Lucille is survived by two sons, Deane Sweet of Hoover, Alabama, Kim (Cheri) Sweet of Brussels, Belgium, a daughter Pamela (Timothy) Thomson of Sandusky, Michigan. Four grandsons, Matthew Thomson of Auburn Hills, Aaron Thomson of Traverse City, Daniel and Scott Thomson of Sandusky. One sister Almeda Murley of Midland, MI. In addition to her husband Dale, Lucille was preceded in death by her infant daughter and her brother Freeman McCormick.
Visitation Thursday in the L.C. Friederichs & Son Funeral Home, St. Clair from 2-9 PM. Friday visiting at the First United Methodist Church , St. Clair from 10 AM till service at 11 AM, the Rev Don Gotham officiating. Graveside committal at Forester Cemetery at 2:30 PM. Memorials to First United Methodist, Church, St. Clair or the Deckerville Baptist Church.
