Louis N. Schweihofer age 98 of China Twp, died Monday August 2, 2004. Louis was born Dec. 4, 1905 to the late Louis and louise Schweihofer. He married Georgina Hayes on October 8, 1939 and she died May 13, 1992. Louis was alifelong area farmer. He also worked at the Daimond Crystal and in construction. He was a former trustee of China Twp.; a member of St. Mary''s Cathoilc Church, the ushers club; St. Vincent DePaul and the K of C of St. Clair. He is survived by his sons, Jack(Rose) Schweihofer and jerry (Linda) Schweihofer. daughters Marion (Walt) Jones, Louise (Jim) Courville, Ann (Dan) Linsday, and daughter in law Elaine Schweihofer. 15 grand and 19 great grandchildren. Louis was also preceded in death by his wife Georgina, son Jim, granddaughter Tammy, sisters Clara Gille, Teresa Schweihofer, and Loretta Quigley, brother Alfred, Lawrence, Edward and Hank Schweihofer. Visitation Tuesday 4-9 PM and Wednesday 2-9 PM with Rosary at 8:30 Wednesday. Prayers in the funeral home Thursday 9:30 AM with the mass at 10 AM from St. Mary''s Catholic Church. Burial in St. Mary''s Cemetery. Memorials to Diabetes Foundation or St. Vincent DePaul Society
