Loraine “Helen” Groesbeck, age 91, formerly of Centerline, died Saturday, June 7,2008 surrounded by her family. She was born March 10, 1917 in Detroit. Helen was a hairdresser, opening her first hair salon at age 19 in Detroit
She was a loving Mother to Keith (Janice), Dennis, Terrence (Nona), Marclyn (David) Truiett and Scott (Pam) , proud grandmother of 12 grand children and 8 great grand children.She was dearly loved and will be missed by her extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Husband Clarence Groesbeck, Brother Francis Gardner and sister Rosemary Cahill.
Visitation at L.C. Friederichs & Son Funeral Home Tuesday from 2-9 PM with Rosary at 7 Pm. In state Wednesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church from 9:30 AM till mass at 10 AM. Memorials to St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
