Kathy, I am sorry for your families loss my prayers are with all of you.
My most sincere condolences to the family of Lee, I am so very sorry and saddened for your loss. I worked closely with Lee back around 73-75 at the Diamond Crystal Salt Company [now Cargill] . Lee was a process operator of one of the most complex systems in the plant, and he performed his job in an expert proficient manner. Lee was indeed a very courageous man who accepted responsiblity and relished in it. I also am a Vietnam Veteran, and I was in awe of Lee and the bravery that led to his Bronze Star with Combat V. While working alongside Lee, I felt I was in the presence of greatness for many reasons other than his bravery and courage. His integrity, character, honesty, sense of humor, and respect for others was beyond reproach. Lee Munro was a Patriot in the first order. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew him..
