Kathleen M. Stier's Obituary
Kathleen Marjorie Stier, mother of Marjorie Ulbrich of Albion died January 22, 2010 at Oaklawn Hospital. She was born on March 31, 1920 in St. Clair, Michigan to Anna Mae (Alleman) and John Edward Reynolds. She grew up in St. Clair and in 1940 was married to John Aloysius Stier of St. Clair, together they raised three children.
Kathleen was a pediatric volunteer at Pontiac General Hospital and an active member of the Pontiac General Hospital Auxiliary for 25 years. She lived with her daughter, Marjorie, for the past fifteen years in Albion.
Kathleen is survived by her daughter, Marjorie (Harley) Ulbrich of Albion and their son Todd; a son, Richard (Barbara) Stier and their children Eric, Andrea and Scott of Sanford, Florida; a son, David (Jean) Stier and their children Amy and Suzanne of Winlock, Washington. She was preceded in death by her husband.
She will be interred at St. Mary’s Cemetery in St. Clair, Michigan along side her husband.
In lieu of flowers all Memorial contributions may be made to the Ismon House, P.O. Box 186, Albion, Michigan 49224, for the betterment of the community.
