Dear Jim, Mary, and Carol,
Well, what can we say except you three should be very proud of the way you cared for your Mom. Families are not always attentive and you certainly were! Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to get to know your Mom very well, but she had told the staff that she liked it here and planned to stay. God had other plans for her. Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss.
