June Doktor's Obituary
June Doktor age 77 of St. Clair died Wednesday, December 14, 2004. She was born June 25, 1927, in St. Clair to the late Joseph & Sarah Morrison. June graduated from St. Clair High School, Class of 46 and worked at the former Commercial and Savings Bank. She married David Doktor, former St. Clair County Sheriff, January 31, 1948 and David died August 20, 1999. June was a life long member of the First United Methodist Church, St. Clair and a Red Cross Volunteer.
She is survived by her daughters, Debbie LaVigne, Beckie Mills and Patricia (Joe) Kingsbury. Grandchildren Steven (Tyanne) LaVigne, Andy (Amber) Lavigne, Lisa (Shawn) Warn, Dr. Jolene (fiancé Tom Bostwick) Kingsbury, David Kingsbury, Kim (Tony) Sharrow and Joe Kingsbury III. Her great grandchildren and her sister Anita Burroughs and brothers Terry and Alan Morrison and many friends at Blue Water Lodge.
June was also preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Visitation at The L,.C. Friederichs & Son Funeral Home, St. Clair Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In state Friday at the First United Methodist church, St. Clair from 1:30 till service at 2 PM, the Rev. Don Gotham officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery.
