Joseph "Bob" R. Jacques' Obituary
Joseph R.“Bob” Jacques, 78, of St. Clair passed away November 23, 2008 at Mercy Hospital in Port Huron. He was born October 7, 1930 in Detroit to the late Julius and Violet Jacques.
Bob is survived by his children Robin (David) Hauer and Michael (Kelly) Jacques. Bob is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased in death by wife Barbara Jacques and daughter Diane Messersmith.
Visitation will be held on Monday at L.C. Friederichs and Son Funeral Home, St. Clair from 5-9pm and Tuesday from 1-9pm with a 7pm Rosary. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, St. Clair at 10:30am with Father Greg Deters Officiating. Burial will take place at Hillside Cemetery, St. Clair. Additional visitation will be held from 10:00 to 10:30 Wednesday at the Church. Memorials are suggested to the wishes of the family.
