Joseph "Joe" J. Fiscelli's Obituary
Joseph “Joe” J. Fiscelli, age 86, of China Twp., passed away February 1, 2022. He was born in Detroit on July 3, 1935 to the late John and Frances Fiscelli.
He worked as an auto mechanic for many years and then did masonry work as well. Joe loved country living and tending to his garden. He enjoyed deer hunting in his younger years and always enjoyed ice fishing and sport fishing. Joe also enjoyed family casino trips to Las Vegas and his time spent with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years; Elizabeth Fiscelli, his children; Robert Fiscelli, Kathryn (Kevin) Messmer, Steven (Tracy) Fiscelli, and Carolyn (Patrick) Plunkett. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Steven (Lisa) Fiscelli, Jr., Nikole (Brad) Robbins and Nolan Fiscelli, his great-grandchildren; Austin & Stella Fiscelli and Kora and Callan Robbins, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his great-granddaughter; Ayda Fiscelli, his brothers; Dominick, John, and Carmen Fiscelli and sister; Angeline Brady.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 5th at L.C. Friederichs and Son Funeral Home, St. Clair. Visiting hours will be Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday one hour prior to service. To leave the family a message of comfort please visit: www.lcfandson.com
