Jeanette Tanner's Obituary
Jeannette Tanner age 83 of East China died Sunday, May 18, 2003. Jeannette was born February 23, 1920 in Canada to the late Fred and Eva Askar. She carl Tanner, january 14, 1957, and Carl died February 16, 2003. Jeanette was employed at Chrysler for 30 years until retirement. She was a member of St. Paul''s Episcopal Church, St. Clair were she helped with the thrift Shop at the church.
She is survived by her sister Virginia Engelgau, sister-in-law Irene Askar, nephews, Fr. George Askar jr., D.J. (Kay) Askar, and Fred (Melissa) Engelgau, nieces Linda Askar-Stoldt and Janice Engelgau. Several great nieces and nephews including Carlene Engelgau. In addition to her parents and husband Carl, She was preceded in death by her brother George Askar in 1994. Cremation has taken place with a memorial service to be held at St. Paul''s Episcopal Church in St. Clair at a later date. memorials to the Church.
