James R. Wend's Obituary
James R. Wend age 79 of St. Clair died Wednesday, march 7, 2007. He was born in Detroit , July 13, 1927 to the late John and Josephine Wend. James served in the Marine Corps during WWII. James married Vivian Wisniewski on July 22, 1950. He retired from the Warren Tank Automotive Command were he was an Industrial Specialist. He was a member of St. Mary''s Catholic church and the K of C #2251.
James is survived by his wife Vivian, four sons, Gary (Karen), David (Linda) Donald (Julie) and Dennis (Diana) Wend and a daughter Deborah (Jerry) Romanko, 8 grand daughters and 1 grand son and 2 great granddaughters, and a sister Dorothy Mohr. He was preceded in death by two brothers Leonard and Tom.
Visitation at L.C. Friederichs & Son Funeral Home Thursday from 6-9 PM and Friday from 1-9 PM
with rosary at 7:30 PM. In state Saturday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church from 10 AM till mass at 11 AM. Burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Memorials to Wishes of the Family.
