Helen Mary Krokker's Obituary
Helen Mary (Sanger) Krokker of St. Clair went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 22, 2002.
She is survived by six children; Sandra Dove and Vicki (Eddie) Adams of St. Clair, Angela Soper and Gloria (David) Ward of Marine City, Steve Krokker of Clearwater, Fl., and John Krokker of Port Huron, 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren (who called her “Koko”) sisters Alma Freer, Eloise (Gary) Smith, and Dorothy (Calvin) Hasler, brothers Herbert (Joan) Sanger, Donald (Fran) Sanger, James Sanger.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband Steve, Parents Ira and Helen Sanger, brothers
Wesley and Johnny Sanger, sisters Minnie Johnson, Rachel Murray, Ruth Burke, and Margurite Ofeno
Helen retired from the East China School District in 1982 after 25 years of service as a custodian.
She was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church of St. Clair, member of the Alter Guild, St. Martha''s Guild, Thrift Shop, and former choir member. Helen was a devoted mother and grandmother who love to spend time with her children and grandchildren and will be sadly missed.
Visitation from the L.C. Friederichs & Son Funeral Home, St. Clair, 2-4 and 7-9 PM Monday and Tuesday. Funeral Service Wednesday 11 AM from the funeral home, the Rev Glenn Stone officiating.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons Harold II and Michael Dove, Eddie Adams Jr., Steve Krokker II,
David Ward II, and Terry Soper Jr.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul''s’ Episcopal Church
