Helen H. Barrett's Obituary
Helen H. Barrett, age 83 of St. Clair died Wednesday, November 23,2011. Helen was born in Nashville, November 3, 1928 . She graduated from Cathedral High School, in Nashville, and married the late William A. Barrett.
They moved to St. Clair in 1954. During the 1960’s –1980’, Helen was very active in St. Clair Garden Club, St. Clair Country Club, Pine Shores Golf Course, St. Mary’s Church, and Bridge Club. In 1984 she was recognized by the City of St. Clair for her beautification efforts. In the early 1990’s she retied to Florida, and return to the St. Clair area in the 2000’s.
She is survive by her three children. Bill (Kim) Barrett of Belmont, Michigan,
Jim (Heather) Barrett of St. Clair and Nancy( Jonney) Grunent of Aiken South Carolina, and three grand children.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial mass will be held Thursday, December 1, at 11:30 AM in St. Mary’s Catholic Church, St. Clair. Memorials to the church.
