Harold L. Zweng's Obituary
Harold L. Zweng, age 95, of St. Clair passed away peacefully in his home on March 4, 2026. He was born August 24, 1930 in Detroit, the only child of Leo and Edna Zweng.
Harold was a mechanic in the United States Air Force, proudly serving his country for four years. The majority of Harold’s working was at the Diamond Crystal Salt Co., St. Clair, where he was a purchasing agent. In his leisure time Harold loved to golf and also enjoyed traveling.
Harold is survived by his loving wife, Kathy Zweng; children, Hal (Jeanette) Zweng, Mike (Donna) Zweng and Mary (Rob) Grimaldi; grandchildren, Ben and Grace Zweng and Vinnie and Elena Grimaldi.
In addition to his parents, Harold was predeceased by his 2 wives, Mary Jean Zweng and Pricilla Zweng.
A funeral mass will be held Saturday, March 14th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, St. Clair. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, St. Clair.
Visiting hours are Friday, March 13th from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at L.C. Friederichs and Son Funeral Home, St. Clair.
