Franklin H. Moore Jr., age 83, of St. Clair, passed away February 3, 2018, following a short illness. He was born December 5, 1934 in St. Clair to the late Franklin H. Sr. and Alice Moore. Frank was President and Chairman of the B Read Obituary
Frank was so supportive of the work of the St. Clair Chamber of Commerce. We all know what a loss he is to this community and now much he will be missed. St. Clair is the wonderful community it is because of Frank and his work here. What a wonderful mentor he is to all of us. Our thoughts and prayers go to Nancy and her personal loss.
