Ferne May's Obituary
Ferne May, age 85, of St. Clair died Thursday, April 24, 2008. She was born June 15, 1922 in St. Clair to the late William and Mary Shovan. Ferne married Harold Felstow, and he died in 1964, she married Kenneth May in 1967 and he preceded her in death in 2000. Ferne retired from Blue Water Plastics and was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, St. Clair, enjoyed playing cards.
Ferne is survived by two sons, Verne (Carol) Felstow and Ron (Connie) Felstow, a daughter Mary Lou (Barton) Doetsch, 7 grand children and 13 great grand children, two sister-in-laws, Alice Shovan and Olive Shovan, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husbands she was preceded in death by 14 siblings.
Visitation Sunday in the L.C. Friederichs & Son Funeral Home, St. Clair from 1-8 PM . In state Monday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, St. Clair from 10 M till service at 11 AM. Burial in Hillside Cemetery. Memorials to the church
