I first met 'MOM' Peterson back around 1976 when I was an exchange student and we became friends thru YFU (Youth for Understanding). We continued to be friends when I moved to CA in 1984 until she died. We had always connected on the '20th of each month' via phone. When I visited MI, I would call and or visit with her. She has 'kids all around the world, as her adopted children, too many to count! I cherish our memories, our prayers over the phone and our love for one another, which we never missed a chance to say to one another.
