Edward C. Blain's Obituary
Edward C. Blain, age 84, of Algonac, passed away peacefully with family by his side on May 18, 2022. He was born June 14, 1937 to the late Clarence and Annetta Blain. Edward worked as a mechanic for several years for Sharrows Service, Algonac. Edward was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and boating.
He is survived by his son, Charles (Rhonda) Blain; granddaughter, Nicole Blain; dear friend, Mike (Pam) Sharrow, many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his siblings, Clarence, Carol, Robert, and Donald Blain.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at L.C. Friederichs and Son Funeral Home, St. Clair. Visiting hours will be from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery, St. Clair. Memorials are suggested to Alzheimer’s Association.
