Dwight M. "Twig" Snodgrass, 79, of St. Clair died Satruday, July 17, 2004. Twig was born July 28, 1924 in St. Clair to the late Swight and Cleone Snodgrass. He graduated from St. Clair High School in 1943 and entered the U.S. Army, serving as a medic in WWII. Twig married Betty Autterson on October 19, 1946. He was the former owner of St. Clair Nursery, a member of the St. Clair Golf Club, Ducks Unlimited, and the First Congregational Church. Twig is survived by his wife, Betty, son, Dwight "Twig" Snodgrass, III of Seattle, WA, and daughter, Mary Jane (Tim) Pavlov of St. Clair. Grandchildren, Lance Snodgrass, Shannon Snodgrass-Majuer, Aaron Pass, Natalie Pavlov and T.J. Pavlov. One great grandchild, Landon Majuer. Three sisters, Janet O''Brien, Dorothy Schueneman and Patricia Kruesel and several nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. No visitation is scheduled. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, July 21, at 11AM in the L.C. Friederichs and Son Funeral Home, St. Clair. Memorials to St. John''s Hospice or donor''s choice.
