Dear Bob, Ernie, and families,
I knew your mother through Destination Marysville but shared a connection to both her and Mike by being a contractor for DTE. I was one of her teachers at the scrapbook store and enjoyed many hours scrapping and talking with them both. Her gift for storytelling is legend among the local scrapbooking community.
Connie was a wonderful, loving person and her passing is a shock. I valued her friendship, her knowledge, and her strength. I knew that no matter what else was happening in my life, if I needed shelter, help, or a shoulder to cry on, your mother was just a phone call or text away. Although we did not see each other often after the closing of the store, we did keep in touch through email, text, and telephone.
Please accept my deepest sympathies for your loss and know that you are not alone in your grief, and your celebration of her life.
Sincerely,
Beth Burch

Dear Bob and Family,
I am so very sorry for the tragic loss of your Mother. I know only too well how painful the loss of a parent is and Ric and I extend our heartfelt condolences to you and your entire family. In the days and weeks ahead we'll be there to offer comfort and companionship as you begin the grieving process. Love, Ric and Lisa Sarrach
Ernie, Carol and I wish to express our most sincere condolences at the passing of your mother so unexpectedly during this holiday season. May she and your family find peace and solace at this time through the blessing of the Lord.
I had the pleasure and honor of knowing Mike and Connie through work. They were always willing to help anyone and Connie's infectious laugh could be heard throughout the office area. Whenever a party/fundraiser, etc. involved children or animals, Connie and Mike gave with all their hearts. They were an inspiration to all who were lucky enough to know them. God bless you both.

Connie had a heart of gold and was always there to volunteer with her love and energy. I remember when my husband and I hosted a benefit " Harvest Dinner" for our grandson about five years ago Connie was one of the very first people to donate all her love, help, and support. Neil knew Connie and Mike both very well, they worked together at DTE for many years. We shared some very good times together. Connie will live in our hearts forever, her passing leaves a large void in our lives. Connie is now living pain free with the love of her life and our Lord in heaven. Ernie and Bob we know your hearts are very heavy with the loss of your dear mother. Continue to remember all the good times she gave you and the memories you have of her will always live brightly in your lives.

Connie was always so generous with helping to connect the family tree...as the oldest cousin in the Uroda clan, she had great memories to share. I also have been proud to tell the story of how she finished her degree a few weeks after she retired, what an inspiration for life long learning! We will miss Connie's warmth and enthusiasm.
Ernie, Bob, and Loving Family, My wife I have only known Connie and Mike for a brief 3 year period. They have made an impact none the less. Its profound the way God works by putting people in your life and in the blink of an eye they are gone, but never forgotten. Bless You All during our time of grief. Jerry and Mary Youngblood.
