Carol Marie Blain's Obituary
Carol Marie Blain age 87 of St. Clair died Friday, June 11, 2010. Carol was born in St. Clair June 11, 1923 to the late Clarence and Annetta (Bensen) Blain. She graduated from St. Clair High School, was a Beautician for fifty years, and a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in St. Clair. Carol enjoyed gardening, family vacations, and her love of dogs.
Carol is survived by her brothers, Robert (Doris) Blain, Donald Blain, and Charles “Ed” Blain; sister in-law Dorine (Dandron) Blain; nieces Cheri (Thomas) Malleis, Cynthia Jondron, and nephews Clarence “Fred” (Barbara) Blain II and Charles “Chuck” (Rhona) Blain II; great nieces Debra (Jeffery) Drexler, Alisha (Jason) Wolfsen, Nicole Blain, and great nephews David Golden, Jacob and Joshua Blain. Carol is also survived by a great-great niece and nephew. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her brother Clarence “Jake” Blain.
Visitation in the L.C. Friederichs & Son Funeral Home Sunday 4-7 PM and Monday 2-4 and 6-9 PM with Rosary at 7 PM. In state Tuesday at St. Mary’s, St. Clair from 9:30 AM till mass at 10 AM.
