It is so difficult to see the sadness in his brothers eyes. They’ve texted or talked every day for over 3 years since Toms son Dave died. They shared that sad connection of grief.
But they didn’t wallow in it. They laughed and joked and loved each other. It was comical to listen to them discuss hunting strategies, share some cute thing the grandkids did, or relentlessly tease each other.
This void hurts so deeply. To say he will be missed is an understatement.
Until we meet again Mike, we rejoice knowing you are resting comfortably in the arms of Jesus.
